What happens after you apply

We read every application by hand — usually within a week.
We call your verification contact to confirm the childcare answers.
Once confirmed, your listing carries a 'hotel confirmed' badge and the date, and the childcare score cap of 60 is lifted.
We come back to you once a year to re-check, so nothing goes stale.
